2.2. Autonomy: Any financial decision made by the User is solely at the User's discretion and at the User's exclusive risk.
Article 3: Statutory Risk Disclosure The User expressly acknowledges:

Article 4: Intellectual Property Rights The entire infrastructure, including AI models, source codes, and proprietary algorithms, is the exclusive property of Redmont Vaultex. Any form of copying, reverse engineering, or automated extraction (scraping) is strictly prohibited.
Article 5: Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, Redmont Vaultex shall not be held liable for technical downtime, delays in data transmission, or inaccuracies in third-party data streams, nor for Force Majeure events including massive cyberattacks or national infrastructure failure.
Article 6: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction This agreement is governed exclusively by Norwegian law. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be brought before the ordinary courts in Norway, with Oslo District Court as the exclusive venue.
